Bulk Reveal turns a Voyager DB search into verified contacts in one click. Instead of revealing companies one at a time, you can reveal up to 1,000 contacts per run across your whole search, a selection of companies, or a saved list.

1. Run a search in Voyager DB (or open a saved list), then click Reveal Contacts. To target specific companies, select their rows first.

2. Choose your targeting: seniority levels (for example Owners/Founders), departments, and the maximum number of contacts per company (1 by default).

3. Tell us how many contacts you want. The dialog shows a live estimate of what's available for your targeting, and the maximum it can cost.

4. Optionally include direct dials and pick a tag, then start the reveal. Contacts appear in your Contacts page as they land.

You pay 1 credit per verified valid email, and nothing else:

• Emails that need re-verification are checked live with ZeroBounce during the reveal. If an email fails verification, it is not delivered and not charged.

• Catch-all emails are revealed free.

• Contacts already in your CRM are never charged twice. They are skipped automatically (and still join the tag you pick).

• Your final spend will never exceed the maximum quoted in the dialog before you start.

Tick Include direct dials to add phone numbers for 3 credits each. Dials are only bought for contacts revealed in that run, and the dialog shows how many are available before you commit. If every matching contact is already in your CRM, you can still run a dial-only reveal to add numbers to contacts you own.

Pick or create a tag in the reveal dialog and every contact from that run lands with it, ready to filter or push to your CRM integration. Your last-used tag sticks as the default.

On the free plan, reveals are scoped to the first 75 rows of a search. Paid plans have no per-search cap; very large searches are revealed in batches of up to 1,000 contacts at a time. See Voyager DB Usage Limits for the full breakdown.

No database has everyone. When your search has more companies than we can fill instantly, the reveal dialog offers to hand the rest to our human research team.
