A Contact Research Task is Coldlytics' core service: a human-researched, bespoke list of decision-makers matching your Ideal Customer Profile. We are not a static database. Our research team sources contacts on demand, so every list is fresh.
How it works
Define your ICP: industries, locations, job titles, company size and any extra filters, using the task creation tool.
Research: our tools shortlist matching businesses, then human researchers identify the right decision-makers and their direct contact details.
Verification: every email address is validated for deliverability with our partner ZeroBounce before delivery. You are only charged for valid contacts.
Delivery: your list lands on the Contacts page of your dashboard, and we email you when it is ready.
What each contact includes
Full name, company name, job title, validated direct email address and website URL as standard. Extra data points such as phone number, mailing address, social profiles and company size are free to add. Direct dials are a premium data point.
What it costs
Each researched contact costs 5 credits. Direct dials cost 5 additional credits per contact, charged only when we find the number. Credits for anything we cannot deliver are automatically returned. See How Credits Work.
Turnaround
Up to 1,000 contacts is typically delivered within 24 hours on business days. Larger requests take proportionally longer. See Task Delivery Times.
