Every task shows a status and an estimated delivery time on the task screen.
What the statuses mean
Draft: saved but not launched. No credits used.
Allocating: we are assigning your task to the research team.
In progress: researchers are actively building your list.
Checking: research is done and every email is going through validation.
Done: delivered to your Contacts page.
Delivery times
Up to 1,000 contacts typically delivers within 24 hours on business days. Weekends run with reduced staff, and lists occasionally take a little longer when they fail our internal quality checks and need rework. Larger tasks scale roughly per 1,000 contacts.
"Target segment exhausted"
Sometimes we run out of matching businesses before reaching your requested amount, especially for narrow niches in small areas. When that happens we deliver everything we found and you are only charged for what was delivered. To find more, widen the location or broaden the industry, or message us in the chat for targeting help.
