Every contact Coldlytics delivers, whether from a research task, an instant reveal or a bulk reveal, lives on the Contacts page of your dashboard. We email you whenever a task is delivered.
Working with your contacts
Filter by task, tag, location, seniority, department and more to find exactly the segment you need.
Tags let you group contacts however you like, for example by campaign or client.
Email status is shown on every contact: valid, catch-all or invalid. See Email Verification and Catch-Alls Explained.
Exporting
Use the export menu on the Contacts page to download your selection as CSV, ready for your CRM or outreach tool. You can export a whole task's results or any filtered subset.
Can't see your contacts?
If a completed task shows no contacts or fewer than you expect, refresh the page and check your filters (a task or tag filter may still be active). Still looks wrong? Message us in the chat and we will take a look right away.
