Every email address Coldlytics delivers is verified for deliverability with our validation partner ZeroBounce before it reaches you. You are only charged for valid contacts.
Email statuses on your Contacts page
Valid: verified deliverable. Safe to use.
Catch-all: the company's mail server accepts all addresses, so individual verification is not possible. We include only catch-alls that score highly for deliverability.
Invalid: failed verification. Shown for reference only; you were not charged for these and they should not be contacted.
Each contact's status is displayed next to its email address on the Contacts page.
Our catch-all policy
We keep catch-alls to at most 20% of your list. If more than 20% of a delivered list is catch-all, we refund the difference. For example, if 25 of 100 emails are catch-all, we credit back 5 contacts. Message us in the chat and we will sort it.
Catch-alls on instant reveals
In Voyager DB, catch-all emails are revealed free. You only pay the 1 credit when the revealed email is verified valid.
Bounces
Verification dramatically reduces bounces but no provider can eliminate them entirely. If valid-marked emails hard bounce, send us the list of bounced addresses in the chat and we will credit them back.
