You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. At the moment we don't have an automated cancellation flow, so just shoot us a message via the live chat. We are very responsive and will set your subscription to automatically cancel at the end of your current billing cycle.

We will always ask for the reason for your cancellation request, as this helps us to improve our service, but it is not mandatory.

What if I request to cancel and you don't respond in time?

Then it's our problem - not yours 🙂

If in the unlikely event you request to cancel your account and we don't action it in time for your renewal date, you will have been charged. In this event, as long as the message was sent prior to the end of your billing cycle, we will of course immediately refund the full amount to your payment method.
