Cancelling or Pausing Your Subscription

We'll be sad to see you go, but situations change and we totally understand!

You can cancel at any time. There are no contracts and no minimum commitment.

How to cancel

Message us in the live chat and ask to cancel. Our assistant is available around the clock and will action it immediately, with confirmation in the chat. Your subscription is set to cancel at the end of your current billing cycle, so you keep full access until then and you will not be charged again.

What happens to your credits

Credits are part of your subscription. When your subscription ends, any unused credits are removed. You can still log in and view lists we have already delivered, but you will not be able to request new ones. If you have credits left over, consider pausing instead, or use them up before your billing date.

Pausing instead of cancelling

If you just need a break, we can pause your subscription for one month, available once in every rolling 12-month period. While paused you skip your next payment, keep all of your credits, and can continue using them as normal. Ask in the live chat and we will set it up.

Cancelling a free trial

Ask in the chat and we will cancel your trial straight away and confirm that you will not be charged when it ends.

Tasks in progress

Any research task that is already in progress will still be completed and delivered, even if you cancel.
