You have total control over your plan. If you'd like to upgrade or downgrade, you can do that at any time.
Important: Subscription changes on Coldlytics are not pro-rationed. What this means is that when you upgrade or downgrade, you'll receive the baseline credits associated with your new plan and enter a new billing cycle immediately. So if your current billing cycle is on the 1st of each month and you upgrade on the 10th, you will be billed (and receive credits) immediately, and your next billing date will be on the 10th of the following month.
How To Change Your Plan
Navigate to Billing & Payments
Click on your name in the top-left corner of the screen, then click "Billing & Payments" within the menu that appears.
Review Your Options
Take time to review the available plans, and once you're ready, click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade", accordingly.
Confirm Subscription Change
Review and confirm your subscription change.
