Head to Billing &amp; Payments in your dashboard and start the Lite trial. It is free for 7 days, includes 100 credits (enough for 20 researched contacts), and you can cancel any time during the trial via the live chat, with confirmation you will not be charged.

You can still gauge your market for free: search Voyager DB to see how many matching businesses exist, and use your monthly free credits for one-off instant reveals.
