Trouble logging in

Use Forgot password on the login page to reset your password. Make sure you are using the email address you signed up with. Still stuck? Message us in the chat or email support@coldlytics.com.

Changing your account email

Email changes, account merges and billing transfers are handled by our team to keep your data and billing intact. Ask in the chat with the old and new addresses and we will take care of it.

Updating billing details

Cards and billing information are managed under Billing & Payments in your dashboard. Receipts live under Billing > History.

Deleting your account and data

To delete your account and personal data, message us in the chat or email support. Our team processes deletion requests promptly and will confirm once complete.
