First, check your subscription status
Message us in the live chat. Our assistant can instantly confirm whether your subscription is active, paused, or set to cancel, your next billing date, and your recent charges. Most unexpected-charge worries are resolved on the spot this way.
If you asked to cancel but were still charged
Tell us in the chat. We will check when the cancellation was actioned, cancel immediately if it was not, and pass the charge to our team for review. Every disputed charge is reviewed by a human, case by case.
Receipts and invoices
Your full billing history, including receipts, is at Billing > History. If you need invoices sent to a different email address, ask in the chat.
The fine print
Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Cancelling stops future charges but does not remove charges already made; those are reviewed individually if disputed.
