Connecting Coldlytics to HubSpot

Connect your HubSpot account to Coldlytics and push verified contacts and companies into your portal in a couple of clicks.

Overview

The Coldlytics HubSpot integration lets you push your verified contacts, along with the companies they belong to, straight into HubSpot in a couple of clicks. No CSV exports and no re-keying: your prospects arrive as clean, trackable contact and company records, ready to sequence and call.

This guide covers connecting your HubSpot account, pushing your first list, and managing the connection.

Before you start

  • An active Coldlytics account.

  • A HubSpot account where you have permission to install apps (a Super Admin, or a user with App Marketplace permissions).

  • Some researched contacts in Coldlytics ready to push, or build a list first.

Step 1: Connect your HubSpot account

You can connect in either of two ways.

From Coldlytics

  1. In Coldlytics, go to Settings > Integrations.

  2. On the Providers tab, click Add integration and choose HubSpot.

  3. You will be taken to HubSpot to review the requested permissions. Select the HubSpot account (portal) you want to connect, then click Connect app.

  4. You will be returned to Coldlytics with HubSpot connected.

From the HubSpot App Marketplace

  1. Find Coldlytics in the HubSpot App Marketplace and click Install.

  2. Review and approve the requested permissions in HubSpot.

  3. If you are not already signed in to Coldlytics, you will be prompted to log in or create an account to finish connecting.

Step 2: Push contacts to HubSpot

  1. Open a list of contacts in Coldlytics, for example the results of a completed task.

  2. Select the contacts you want to send.

  3. Click Export and choose HubSpot as the destination.

  4. Pick the connected HubSpot portal, then confirm.

You can follow progress under Settings > Integrations > Sync History.

What gets synced

  • Contacts are created or updated in HubSpot, matched by email address to avoid duplicates, with name, job title, email, phone, website and address.

  • Companies are created (or matched by domain) and automatically associated with the contact.

  • Data flows one way, from Coldlytics into HubSpot. Coldlytics never edits or deletes the rest of your HubSpot data.

Optional: Map extra fields

Job title maps to HubSpot's standard property automatically. To send a field that has no standard HubSpot property, such as a LinkedIn profile, open the connected destination under Settings > Integrations and map it to a custom contact property of your choice.

Managing the connection

  • Sync history: see every push and its status under Settings > Integrations > Sync History.

  • Disconnect: remove the connection any time from the Providers tab, and reconnect later by repeating Step 1.

Troubleshooting

  • Contacts not appearing? Check Sync History for the push status, and confirm you selected the correct HubSpot portal.

  • Pushing the same contacts again? Contacts are matched by email, so re-pushing updates the existing record rather than creating a duplicate.

  • Need to refresh access? Disconnect and reconnect from the Providers tab.
