How to Search for Companies in Voyager DB

Guide to getting the most our of your Voyager DB searches.

Written by Richard Francis

Voyager DB search is keyword plus filters. A few minutes of setup produces very focused company lists.

Search terms

Enter what the business is, not where it is (location has its own filter). We match terms against company names and website titles, so try several permutations: "Med Spa", "Medical Spa", "MedSpa".

Filters

  • Location: city and radius, county, state or country.

  • Technologies: CMS, ecommerce platforms, analytics and CRM tools detected on their website.

  • Advertiser pixels: Facebook, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok.

  • Google Business Profile: presence, claimed status, review count and rating.

  • Social profiles: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube.

  • Website page speed, contact email availability, and deduplication against contacts you already have.

From results to contacts

  • Reveal a verified email instantly for 1 credit (valid emails only; catch-alls free).

  • Bulk reveal a whole result set or saved list, up to 1,000 contacts per run.

  • Save to a list for later, or submit for contact research when you need specific decision-makers researched by our team.

  • Export CSV within your plan limits; the export reflects your selected columns and their order.

Tips

  • Start broad to gauge volume, then narrow.

  • Combine one industry term with location plus one or two filters for precision.

  • Search is free: use it to size a market before spending credits.
