Seat counts are total logins, including the account owner. Invite teammates and control what each seat can do (billing, launching research, revealing contacts) from Settings, then Workspace & Team. Need more? Additional seats are $19/month each, added and removed at any time.
What credits buy
1 credit = 1 instant email reveal or 1 instant direct dial. 5 credits = 1 manually researched contact. On researched contacts, direct dials cost 5 extra credits, charged only when found. See How Credits Work for the full picture.
On an older plan?
If you subscribed before August 2026 you may be on a retired plan such as Lite or Basic. You can keep it for as long as you like, and its exact terms are shown on your billing page. Switching to a current plan is one way: you can't switch back afterwards.
