Credits are the currency you spend on contact data in Coldlytics. There are two ways to use them.
1. Instant reveals in Voyager DB
1 credit reveals a verified email address for a company. You are only charged when the email is verified as valid.
Catch-all emails are revealed free.
Adding a direct dial to a reveal costs 3 extra credits.
Bulk reveal works the same way at scale: request up to 1,000 contacts and you pay 1 credit per verified valid email delivered.
2. Contact research tasks
Each manually researched contact costs 5 credits and includes full name, company, job title, a validated direct email address and website URL.
Extra data points such as phone number, address, social profiles and company size are free.
Direct dials cost 5 additional credits per contact, and only when we actually find the number.
Booking and refunds
When you launch a task, the credits for your full request are reserved. Anything we cannot deliver is released back automatically when the task completes. If you request 100 contacts with direct dials (1,000 credits reserved) and we find 80 direct dials, the 100 credits for the 20 missing dials are returned. Invalid emails are never charged.
Credit balance rules
Credits roll over month to month while your paid subscription is active.
Credits remain usable while your subscription is paused.
When a subscription ends, unused credits are removed. See Cancelling or Pausing Your Subscription.
On the free plan, your balance resets to 25 credits each month and does not roll over.
Top-ups
Paid plans can buy extra credits at any time: 20 cents per credit on Lite, 16 cents on Basic and 12 cents on Pro. A researched contact is 5 credits, so on Lite an extra researched contact costs $1.
Voyager exports are separate
Exporting company records from Voyager DB does not use credits. Exports are governed by your plan's monthly export limits, shown at the top right of the Voyager screen.
