As a subscriber on our Pro plan, you have access to our most generous usage limits, however we do still enforce a fair use policy.
If you export more than 40,000 records during a single billing period, you will receive a notification urging you to reach out to us, otherwise we will cap your exports at 50,000 for the period.
We do this partly to ensure fair use, but also to understand the needs of higher-usage customers.
If you need more than 50,000 exports each month, please reach out and we can certainly arrange this for you. We reserve the right to charge extra in this case, although we also apply a measure of goodwill. 🙂
